1. The production process of rounded steel grit:
The process of directly using scrap steel to prepare steel grit. Include the following steps:
(1) Scrap steel heat treatment;
(2) putting the scrap steel material after heating and quenching into a crusher for crushing to obtain a semi-finished steel grit;
(3) Screen and classify the semi-finished steel grit to obtain the finished fillet steel grit. The steel grit production method reduces the process of smelting and pelletizing scrap steel which must be first cast into steel shots in the traditional steel grit production process, and greatly saves the production cost.

3. Main features:
Moderate hardness, strong toughness, impact resistance, can be used repeatedly several times in a row, long life, good resilience, strong adhesion, fast cleaning speed, low sand consumption, no breakage, high brightness of the cleaned workpiece, and good technical effect.
Fourth, the main purpose:
(1) Coating of the workpiece, pre-treatment of the workpiece bonding, sandblasting and derusting quartz sand can remove all dirt such as rust on the surface of the workpiece, and establish a very important basic pattern on the surface of the workpiece (the so-called wool surface), and can achieve different degrees of roughness by exchanging abrasives of different particle sizes, such as flying abrasive abrasives, which can greatly improve the bonding force between workpieces and coatings and plating materials. Or make the bonding parts stronger and better in quality.
(2) Cleaning and polishing of rough surface of castings and workpieces after heat treatment Sandblasting and derusting quartz sand can clean all dirt (such as scale, oil stains, etc.) on the surface of castings and forgings and workpieces after heat treatment, and polish the surface of workpieces Improving the smoothness of the workpiece can expose the uniform metal color of the workpiece, making the appearance of the workpiece more beautiful and attractive.
(3) Burr cleaning and surface beautification of machined parts Sandblasting can clean the tiny burrs on the surface of the workpiece and make the surface of the workpiece smoother, eliminating the hazards of burrs and improving the grade of the workpiece. And sandblasting can make small rounded corners at the junction of the surface of the workpiece, making the workpiece more beautiful and precise.
(4) Improve the mechanical properties of the parts After the mechanical parts are sand blasted and derusted, a uniform and fine concave-convex surface can be produced on the surface of the parts, so that the lubricating oil can be stored, thereby improving the lubrication conditions, reducing noise and improving the service life of the machine.
(5) Light decoration For some special-purpose workpieces, sandblasting and derusting can achieve different reflections or matt at will. Such as grinding of stainless steel workpieces and plastics, polishing of jade, matting of wooden furniture surfaces, pattern patterns on frosted glass surfaces, and roughening of cloth surfaces, etc.
