PTW series venturi scrubbers are specially designed and developed by PTING for flammable and explosive media. The product uses a 4-level filter layer to separate and purify dust and oil mist.
First, the high-temperature dust or oil mist gas enters the separator through the air inlet pipe.
The flowing dust and oil mist particles in the gas contact with the scrubbing liquid mist at the venturi throat, which can effectively reduce the gas temperature. Then the airflow rapidly accelerated at the throat of the Venturi. Under the action of inertia, the dust and oil mist particles move toward the liquid surface. The relative motion of the airflow and the liquid makes it well mixed.
At the same time, in the scrubber, under the action of the metal centrifugal separator, the dust and oil mist are separated from the airflow, and then fall into the water tank, and then pass through the mud scraper, and the purified air is discharged from the pipeline. The separated dust and oil mist is collected by the recycling device.
Applications:
