PTDMRT intelligent robotic sandblasting machine is a high-end intelligent technology product of PTING Technology. It uses a robotic spray gun module combined with a servo turntable to accurately sandblaster any piece of artwork with a complex shape, and its visual positioning is fast and efficient. The whole machine enables sandblasting pressure monitoring and alerting, abrasive flow monitoring and control recharging, abrasive temperature monitoring and automatic drying, abrasive separation monitoring and automatic adjustment, comprehensive data collection, visualization, and intelligent control of sandblasting process parameters. The sandblasting machine is environmentally friendly, meets the 5-milligram standard for indoor unorganized emissions, and can control noise up to 68 decibels.
