The raw material of steel grit is scrap steel of high carbon steel or alloy steel.
The invention relates to a process for preparing steel sand directly from scrap steel materials.
Include the following steps:
(1) Put the scrap steel material that is high carbon steel or/and alloy steel into the quenching device for heating and quenching treatment;
(2) Putting the scrap steel material after heating and quenching into a crusher for crushing to obtain a semi-finished steel grit;
(3) Screen and classify semi-finished steel grit to obtain finished steel grit. The steel grit production method of the present invention has reduced the traditional steel grit production process that must first be the scrap steel smelting and pellet-making process of casting steel shot greatly saves the production cost.
There is also a method for producing steel grit, which is characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
(1) Put the scrap steel material that is high carbon steel or/and alloy steel into the quenching device for heating and quenching treatment;
(2) Putting the scrap steel material after heating and quenching into a crusher for crushing to obtain a semi-finished steel grit;
(3) Screen and classify semi-finished steel grit to obtain finished steel grit.
The main purpose
1. As metallurgical deoxidizer and high-temperature resistant material.
2. It can also be used for polishing and grinding hardware, glass, gemstones, jade, and so on.
3. As an abrasive, it can be used to make abrasive tools, such as grinding wheels, oil stones, grinding heads, sand tiles, etc.
4. High-purity single crystals can be used to manufacture semiconductors and silicon carbide fibers.
