Detection software: Vibrometer is a powerful and particularly high-accuracy wind turbine balance correction software; it can be adapted to various mechanical equipment for single- and double-sided balance calibration. The vibrometer complete dynamic balance test and calibration equipment consist of Swedish test core software, an N data acquisition card, a three-coordinate vibration sensor, and a tachometer.
Advantages: The vibration of the whole machine is less than or equal to 25mm/s, the service life of the fan (especially the bearing) is extended, the noise is reduced, and the fan is more energy-saving
Wind parameter measurement of wind turbines: The balance calibration software from Sweden combined with the data collector from National Instruments can ensure that the dynamic balance of wind turbines is within 3mm/s. The imported whole machine vibration detection equipment can detect the AHV three-dimensional vibration at the same time, and accurately calculate the balance compensation amount, which makes our fan machine balance level higher than the national standard, higher than the peers, and the fan service life is significantly extended. All the fans we produce must meet the "GB10178-2006" and design standards through wind data testing.
Impeller balance correction: Impeller balance is an indispensable link in the fan production process. We use dynamic balancing machines from well-known manufacturers, and the balance accuracy is 0.5gmm/kg.
