Product introduction

The PTLDP pressure crawler sandblasting machine is a sandblaster for small and medium-sized parts that can be crushed. It uses two pressure sandblasting guns to spray the turning workpiece. The workpiece rolls in the crawler roller as the spray gun translation and jet scan. When the crawler is reversed, the workpiece is automatically cut to the bucket, the sandblasting time and roll speed are then set, and the operation is initiated with a single key. The sandblasting tank is equipped with monitoring and control recharging, the dust removal system uses BJY3000+ cyclone two-stage separation, and the control system implements data control of the sandblasting process parameters. The device is environmentally friendly and meets the standard of up to 5 milligrams of indoor unorganized emissions. This series of sandblasting machines is particularly suited for batch processing of hardware components.
