Successful completion of PTING anticorrosion project - C5 project of FISH International Base!

Ningbo Beilun District, the first green industrial building --- Ningbo Fisi Electric Technology Co. It includes four main buildings with green technology, such as a multi-function hall, production workshop, and R&D center, as well as a carport, landscape, and other supporting buildings around. The water, lighting, and electricity for production and office use in the base rely on renewable resources, basically achieving self-sufficiency.

The building is supported by 141 steel vertical piles as the building's support, and from the rendering we can see the avant-garde design and function of the building. On the ground floor, there are 96 iron columns, every 8.5 meters. Sixty of these iron columns are located at the pool location, which has a water spray height of 2.2 meters. In order to ensure the design and service life of the building, the support columns on the first and first floors and the support columns on the water surface must adopt reasonable and long-lasting anti-corrosion solutions.

The business and technical team of Ningbo PTING Anti-corrosion demonstrated the coating scheme design of the project at the beginning of the year and formulated strict construction processes and standards. On 17th February 2017, Paiping Industry and the owner officially signed the contract. Paitian anticorrosion project department entered the construction site on 20 February. The coating project was successfully completed in 40 days and was unanimously recognized by the design institute and anti-corrosion experts.
