PTING Technology successfully organised a training session for new employees in the second quarter of 2024

    June 1 is Children's Day, PTING Technology specially put the second quarter of the new employee training will be held in such a happy day organisation.

    In the second quarter, PTING has nearly 20 new employees to join the technology research and development department, personnel administration department, manufacturing department and other departments, in order to accelerate the integration of new employees, the afternoon of the training will be invited to participate in the management of the company's various departments, and the departments of the new employees face-to-face exchanges.

     The training content was rich and vivid, the instructor focused on the PTING corporate culture, company vision and core values, explained the company's relevant management systems such as production safety management, human resources management, technology R&D management, customer service management, etc., to help new employees better understand the organisational culture, faster grasp of the process specifications, smoother integration into the team, and more efficiently improve business capabilities. The trainees listened attentively and interacted actively during the whole training and gained a lot.
